Spinelle
Spinelle est un bon candidat au titre de "l'histoire la plus sous-estimé" a longtemps été trompée pour rubis par empereurs et monarques. Beaucoup de «rubis» célèbres de l'histoire étaient en réalité des spinelles. Le célèbre prince noir du XIVe siècle, le ruby de la couronne impériale britannique est en fait un spinelle rouge.
